MEET JESSICA
Attorney Jessica Parenti has dedicated her legal career, spanning more than 20 years, to serving the residents of Massachusetts. As a litigator and estate planning and administration practitioner, she has spent her professional life navigating the ins and outs of the local court system.
Before opening her own practice in 2015, Jessica worked for a small firm in Worcester. She prepares customized estate plans for individuals and couples planning for the future and probates the estates for those who have passed on. She represents nursing homes and families in Probate Court proceedings to secure guardianships and conservatorships for individuals who have become incapacitated. And, her career as a civil litigator specializes in business litigation, including breach of contract claims, employment and wage disputes, and consumer protection claims, among others.

If there is one thing as important to Jessica as her law practice, it's her family. Married for over 15 years, she is a proud mother of four young children.
